Auditing

Audits performed by Corporate Elevator Asset Management include testing of equipment operations and inventory of all vertical transportation equipment. Upon completion of the audit you can expect to receive a cloud-based report with photographic documented testing and results.

Inspection

CEAM is qualified as a third-party inspection company to conduct inspections required by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.

Specification Writing

An elevator modernization is a large investment for any building therefore ensuing all proper measures are taken is paramount. Our in-depth expertise and unique methodology provides data which we write into a comprehensive specification for all maintenance and modernization projects.

Project Management

As part of our program to ensure a positive elevator experience we offer project management which allows the customer to be hands off and leave the process to us. We will ensure that the schedule and scope of work is followed throughout. Invoice Review

CEAM also has the service of assisting customers with their invoices from elevator vendors. We can review your existing maintenance contract to ensure that you are not being billed for services that are included with your contract. This also can coincide with our annual auditing program that will consistently monitor your elevator vendor on their performance to increase the life and upkeep of your equipment.
